Body of Haile Selassie High student found

Residents converged on the scene after the body of a school girl was found in Olympic Gardens, St Andrew this morning- Ricardo Makyn/Photographer.

The body of a female student of the Haile Selassie High School has been found along Loton Avenue, off Olympic Way Kingston 11.

The police are now on the scene where a large crowd has gathered.

It’s believed that the school girl was beaten and strangled then thrown from a vehicle as it drove through the community.
