INDECOM probes Westmoreland shooting

The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) is now probing the fatal shooting of 30-year-old Walden Cunningham by the police in Negril, Westmoreland yesterday evening.

Cunningham was reportedly shot during a confrontation with police personnel in Whitehall shortly before 6 o’ clock.

The police say a Colt .45 pistol, along with three .45 cartridges was seized in the incident.
