Dr Wayne Wesley appointed HEART/Trust NTA executive director

Dr Wayne Wesley has been appointed as the new executive director of the HEART Trust/National Training Agency.

His appointment becomes effective on February 16.

Dr Wesley has served the HEART Trust/NTA since 2009 as National Programmes Director, and then as chief technical director with responsibility for the development and execution of the organisation’s strategic direction.

He has more than 19 years of experience in the development, delivery and administration of Technical and Vocational Education and Training both locally and internationally.

The board of directors of the agency says it has every confidence that Dr Wesley will provide the requisite leadership and direction in achieving the strategic goals of the HEART Trust/NTA.
