NewsCorporate Area, St Catherine residents without water2013-02-02 12:54:19 | (0 Comments)
Thousands of residents across the Corporate Area and St Catherine are now without regular water supply.
The National Water Commission, the NWC, says this is due to emergency repair work being done on the Rio Cobre pipeline in Simons, St Catherine. Among the areas affected are sections of downtown Kingston, Duhaney Park, Washington Gardens, Washington Boulevard and all roads leading off, as well as sections of Portmore, Eltham Park and Ensom City in St Catherine. The NWC says regular water supply should be restored by 8 p.m. FOR MORE STORIES WATCH: Like our new Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/gleanerjamaica Follow us on Twitter http://twitter.com/JamaicaGleaner editorial@gleanerjm.com Source: The Gleaner/Power 106 News Send your images, videos and updates to youreport@gleanerjm.com | Click here to Comment Your Comments
