He is to answer to the charge of obtaining passports with a false name. Busy returned to Jamaica late last year, after serving six months in a United State prison for absconding bail. The artiste was arrested in Minnesota in 2002 on drug charges. He was subsequently granted bail, but fled the US and returned to Jamaica shortly after. Busy Signal was arrested at the Norman Manley International Airport last May after returning from a European tour.
