2013-02-08 16:25:07 | (0 Comments)

A father and his 13-year-old son were shot and killed this morning in the volatile Laventille area in Trinidad and Tobago.

The police say 39-year-old Kerwyn Melville and his son, Jaliee, were shot multiple times and that another son, 16 year old Shaquille, was in hospital in a critical condition.

They have not given a motive for the killing.

The killings have brought the total number of persons murdered in the country since the start of the year to 42.
