NewsPolice seek ‘Bruce' in Manchester teen killing2013-02-14 09:50:49 | (0 Comments)
The Mandeville police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man known by the names ‘Bruce’ or ‘Sebastian’, who they believe may be able to help them in their investigation into the death of a Manchester teen.
Bruce is said to be approximately five feet nine inches tall, of slim build, and dark complexion. The police say he usually sports a low haircut and speaks with a lisp. Bruce is from Top Albion District in Manchester and is known to frequent Halse Hall and Vere in Clarendon and also Montego Bay in St. James. The police are asking anyone who may know the whereabouts of Bruce to contact the Mandeville police, Crime Stop at 311 or 811, the 119 emergency number, or the nearest Police Station. The body of 16-year-old Martha Byrowe was found with stab wounds to the head at a house in Hillside yesterday. Byrowe had reportedly lived with the man who is now being sought by the police. As the police try to determine the circumstances surrounding the death of the teenager, her mother has been taken into custody for questioning.
