Guyana wants financial statement, bond from Fly Jamaica

2013-02-17 18:00:08 | (0 Comments)

Guyana’s aviation minister Robeson Benn has called on the management of Fly Jamaica Airline to meet certain conditions before it begins flights out of the country.

Benn has asked for the submission of corporate financial information as well as a bond from the airline. The aviation minister noted that the request was a standard requirement worldwide.

Since receiving its Air Operators Certificate last September, Fly Jamaica has applied to the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority to fly to Guyana.
