Main suspect in New Kingston club murder surrenders to police

Investigators from the Major Investigation Task Force (MIT) are reporting that Amor Mullings, the main suspect in the murder of the Escape Night Club security guard has turned himself in.

Amor Mullings turned himself in to MIT personnel in downtown Kingston shortly after 5 o'clock today.

He was reportedly accompanied by his attorney.

The police say he will now be interviewed by MIT detectives.

Mullings was listed as a person of interest following the shooting death of security guard Owayne Sinclair and the injury of the night manager at the club on Monday morning.
