Customers served by at least three systems operated by the National Water Commission (NWC) will face water disruptions today and tomorrow.

The NWC says customers in St. James and Hanover served by the Great River Treatment Plant, will be experiencing water disruption between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Customers served by the Constant Spring Water Treatment Plant in St. Andrew are currently experiencing low water pressure as a result of operational challenges at the plant.

Meanwhile, the NWC says come tomorrow, repairs will be carried out at the Damhead Tank in St. Mary between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

As such, communities which are served by that system will experience disruptions.

The NWC is encouraging its customers to continue to observe notices to store and conserve water, particularly in light of the ongoing drought conditions.
