West Indies Women and Sri Lanka Women will now turn their attentions to the four-match Twenty20 International series after the Caribbean side completed a 2-1 victory in the One-Day International, ODI, in Dambulla yesterday.

All four Twenty20 matches will be played in Colombo with the first set for Friday.

The Caribbean side won the ODI series following a 33-run victory in the third and final match.

After scoring 191 for nine in their 50 overs, West Indies defended their modest target by restricting Sri Lanka to 158 for nine.

Tremayne Smartt led the attack for West Indies with two for 26 from 10 overs.

Jamaica’s all-rounder Stafanie Taylor, Shemaine Campbelle and Shakera Selman supported with a wickets.
