Seven named as persons of interest

The police have released the names of seven persons of interest.

Six or them are wanted by the Kingston Western Police and the other by the St Mary Police.

Those wanted in Kingston Western are 25-year-old Abouti Pennicooke, also known as ‘Foota Lee’ of Todd Lane, Craig Town, a man known only as ‘Bigga’ who frequents Denham Town, Tivoli Gardens and Industrial Terrace, Lamar Gidden, also known as ‘Plannerman’ and ‘Kimarlie’, of Levy Path, Tivoli Gardens, Marlon Lobban, alias Johnno’ and ‘Big Ship’ of Charles Street and Dreketts Place, Ryan Bembridge otherwise called ‘Little Blacks’ of Tivoli Gardens and Denham Town, and a 25-year-old male known as ‘Lucifer’, and ‘Max’ from Oracabessa.

Meanwhile, the St Mary Police are on the hunt for Alton Simmonds, otherwise called ‘Pooh’ of Retreat district.

Anyone with information on any of the men is being asked to call the police.

The police say Andrew Matthews of Portmore, St. Catherine, who was listed as a person of interest by the Kingston Western Police on Monday, is now in custody.

Matthews is to be interviewed in the presence of his attorney later this week.
