NWA to conduct $8m repairs between Parks Road and Rock Hall

2013-03-02 08:04:58 | (0 Comments)

The National Works Agency (NWA) is to spend approximately eight million dollars to carry out repair works to a section of the roadway between Parks Road and Rock Hall in St Andrew.

The NWA says the works are to be carried out over the next three weeks.

The agency says the project involves the bushing of verges, cleaning of drains and the patching and local rehabilitation of sections of the roadway.

The NWA is advising that road users may experience delays as they traverse the Parks Road to Rock Hall corridor, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. over the period of the repair works.

Motorists are being urged to obey the posted warning signs and instructions of flag persons.
