The prosecution is to turn over its list of witnesses to the defense in the Irwin Point rape case by March 10.
The case was called up today in the Western Regional Gun Court where bail was extended to March 10 for Kerron and Sheldon Brissett, who are accused of the rapes.
When the case was previously mentioned on February 14, it was revealed that DNA test results did not match samples taken from the accused men who are brothers.
However, in spite of that revelation, the prosecution said it intended to take the matter to trial.
In addition to the rape charge, the men are also charged with wounding with intent and illegal possession of a firearm.
Last September five female members of one family including an eight-year-old girl were abducted and raped in the St James community.
