"The President was a good friend of Jamaica," Simpson Miller said adding that Chavez' support came at a very important time for the island. The Opposition Leader Andrew Holness also had glowing words. "He was a good man with a good heart and had a special place in his heart for Jamaica," Holness said. Meanwhile Simpson Miller said special arrangements will be made to pay official tribute to Chavez.
