Kingston-based attorney Arlene Beckford was this afternoon granted bail in the sum of $500,000 when she appeared in court on charges of fraudulent conversion.
Beckford, 48, appeared in the Half-Way Tree Resident Magistrate's Court two days after she was arrested for defrauding two of her clients in a property deal. She is to return to court on April 24.
