The incident occurred at 3 p.m. The house was reported to be empty at the time of the crash.
CANA says initial reports said that the two pilots were killed. Their identities have not yet been released, but they are believed to be foreigners.
Guyana's Transport Minister Robeson Benn and director general of the Civil Aviation Authority, Zulficar Mohammed, were among officials at the scene at Plaisance, East Coast Demerara.
