TENNIS: French Open round up

Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic will meet in a much-anticipated French Open semi-final today after both won their quarterfinals in straight sets yesterday.
Seven-time champion Nadal saw off Stanislas Wawrinka 6-2, 6-3, 6-1 on Court Philippe Chatrier, while world number one Djokovic beat Tommy Haas 6-3, 7-6, 7-5 on Court Suzanne Lenglen.
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and David Ferrer will face off in the other semi-final today.
In the women’s draw, reigning champion Maria Sharapova edged into the semi-finals with a battling victory over Jelena Jankovic.
The Russian second seed fought back from a first-set whitewash to claim a 0-6, 6-4, 6-3 success at Roland Garros.
She will now meet Victoria Azarenka, who beat Maria Kirilenko 7-6, 6-2.
Top seed Serena Williams and Sara Errani will face off in the other semi-final.
Both won their quarterfinal match on Tuesday.
