2013-06-25 08:53:50 | (0 Comments)
Several communities in St Elizabeth will be without their regular water supply for a week starting today.
Those communities are Pepper, New Castle, Lucky Valley, Ruinett, Phanfiland, Grosmond, Goshen, Bongo Hill, Content and Wilton.
The National Water Commission (NWC) says the facility which serves those communities will be taken out of operation to facilitate maintenance work.
The NWC says water will be trucked to the affected areas.
It is also urging resident to store water for use during the period of disruption.
