2013-08-28 13:51:15 | (0 Comments)
Motorists can expect traffic delays when travellig along the Mandela Highway tomorrow.
The National Works Agency (NWA) says it will be reducing to single lane access, a section of both the Eastern and Western carriageways, between White Marl and the Caymanas Crossing.
They say this reduced access along the Mandela Highway on Thursday, is necessary to facilitate emergency repairs to several spots along the corridor.
Works will last for approximately five hours, between 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
It will entail removing badly deteriorated sections of the road and patching with asphaltic concrete.
Motorists are advised to proceed with caution while travelling along the Mandela Highway, tomorrow, and to observe all posted warning signs and flag persons.
