The Junction Police in St Elizabeth have arrested and charged a ward of the Mannings Boys' Home in connection with a housebreaking.
The minor and three others were taken into custody following investigations.
The police say they have been probing a number of break-ins in the Bellevue Housing Scheme which have taken place in recent times.
The community is located near the boy’s home.
The ward is scheduled to appear in the Black River Resident Magistrate's Court tomorrow.
The police say three other wards were released pending further investigations.
