CRICKET: Three Jamaica Tallawahs players named on CPL team

Explosive Jamaica and West Indies opener Chris Gayle is among three Jamaica Tallawahs players selected to a Limacol Caribbean Premier League (CPL) team.
Jamaica Tallawahs won the inaugural CPL tournament by defeating Guyana Amazon Warriors in the final in Trinidad on Saturday night.
Jamaica all-rounder Andre Russell and retired Sri Lanka spin wizard Muttiah Muralitharan are the other players from Jamaica Tallawahs named to the team.
Gayle, who led the Jamaica Tallawahs franchise, has been picked as captain for the Caribbean Premier League team of the tournament.
The side also includes three players from Guyana Amazon Warriors.
Those players are Lendl Simmons, James Franklin and Jamaican pacer Krishmar Santokie.
Jamaican Marlon Samuels, who captained the Antigua Hawksbills was also named in the squad.
The remaining members of the squad are Andre Fletcher, St Lucia Zouks; Shoaib Malik and Rayad Emrit, Barbados Tridents.
