2013-10-01 10:47:55 | (0 Comments)
Effective today, the Registrar General's Department (RGD) will no longer deliver certificates or packages to customers living in St Thomas and†Portland.
The RGD says the move is part of an initiative to discontinue the use of contracted couriers and improve its†service.
The agency says customers in these parishes will be required to collect their certificates or packages at either the RGDís Registration Centre at the Princess Margaret Hospital or at the Portland Regional Office in Port†Antonio.
It further says customers will now be required to indicate where they will be collecting their certificates or packages when making†payments.
