CRICKET: Under-19 ODI series between WI and Bangladesh bowls off in Guyana

The West Indies Under-19 team takes on its counterparts from Bangladesh in the opening match of a seven-match One-Day Series this afternoon.
The day/night match will be played at the Guyana National Stadium.
The West Under-19 squad includes six Jamaicans.
They are: Fabian Allen, Tristan Coleman, Brandon King, Ramaal Lewis, Leroy Lug and Marquino Mindley.
Leading run scorer in the recently concluded Regional Under-19 Tournament, Trinidadian Jeremy Solozano and chief wicket-taker Gudakesh Moti-Kanhai are also included in the squad.
Also in the squad is Grenadian and Windward Island pacer Preston McSween who took the most wickets in the 50-Over version of the regional tournament.
The Bangladesh Under-19 team enters the contest full of confidence after recording a 111-run victory in their warm-up fixture on Saturday against Guyana at today’s venue.
