2013-10-11 09:23:14 | (0 Comments)
The Keith Clarke murder case is set for mention in the Home Circuit Court today.
At the last mention of the case in July, defence lawyers successfully made an application for the case to be pushed back to allow for further examination of spent shells.
Justice Bryan Sykes had ordered that all 29 firearms from Jamaica Defence Force soldiers who had gone to Clarke's house on May 27, 2010 be submitted for further ballistics tests.
The defence was also expected to carry out its own examinations.
Lance corporals Greg Tinglin, Odel Buckley, and private Arnold Henry are before the courts for the shooting death of businessman Keith Clarke.
Clarke was shot and killed by members of the security forces at his home in St Andrew in May 2010.
