March trial for soldiers charged with Keith Clarke’s death

The three soldiers implicated in the death of businessman Keith Clarke are to go on trial on March 31 next year.

The date was set when the men appeared in court for a case management hearing yesterday in the Home Circuit Court today.
The accused are Lance corporals Greg Tinglin and Odel Buckley and private Arnold Henry.
Keith Clarke was shot and killed by members of the security forces at his East Kirkland Heights home in St Andrew in May 2010 in the hunt for then fugitive Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke.
A post mortem report showed that Clarke received more than 20 shots.
