Alleged killer sister further remanded

Susan Smith, the woman charged with the murder of her sister in Portmore, St Catherine, has been further remanded.
The case against her was called up today in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s Court.
Smith was ordered to return to court on February 11 next year.
The body of Stacey-Ann Smith was found buried in concrete at their home in Portsmouth, Portmore, St Catherine in February this year.
On February 6, residents said they became suspicious after smelling an odour and seeing flies swarming their community.
A report was made to the Waterford Police.
An investigation was launched and after a search Smith’s decomposing body was found.
Her sister was later arrested and charged with her murder.
