High Pressure Ridge across Jamaica and the central Caribbean. The High Pressure Ridge is expected to remain the significant feature for the next two days. A Tropical Wave is forecast to move across the island on Sunday.


24-HOUR FORECAST
In the morning will be mainly sunny. In the afternoon, expect widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly across central and western parishes while windy across southern coastal areas.


3-DAY FORECAST (after tomorrow):

Saturday will be partly cloudy morning across eastern parishes with widely scattered afternoon showers mainly across central and western parishes and hilly areas of eastern parishes.

Sunday expect a partly cloudy morning across eastern parishes with widely scattered afternoon showers .

Monday expect a mainly sunny morning with isolated afternoon showers mainly across hilly inland areas.

Other Current Regional Weather Features
There is a Tropical Wave across the eastern Caribbean that is generating a few clouds ,meanwhile Tropical Depression Four is approximately 2030 km east of the Lesser Antilles.Tropical Depression Four is not a threat to Jamaica.
