More Cocaine seized at Kingston Container Terminal (KCT)

The Jamaica Customs Agency and JCF Trans National and Organized Crime again seized more cocaine following the recent successes at the Port of Kingston. The drug weighing 23 Kilos with a street value of over US$ (300,000) two hundred and sixty thousand dollars was seized from a vessel which arrived on the port on Thursday (December 12, 2013) from Colombia.

The drug was found in a transhipment container which was destined for the Dominican Republic and it is believed the drug was also destined for that location.

The cocaine was removed to the JCFs Transnational Crime and Narcotics Division (TCND) for testing and further investigation.

No arrest was made in connection with the find.
