POWER FAILURE AND BROKEN MAIN DISRUPTS WATER SUPPLY SECTIONS OF CLARENDON AND ST. ANN AFFECTED

The National Water Commission is advising customers in some sections of Clarendon, who are served by the Toll Gate Water Facility that the disruption currently being experienced, is as a result of JPSCo power supply problems.

Areas affected are:

St. Jago, Bailey’s Pen, Duke Street, Belle Pond, Race Course, Decoy, Red Road, Top and Bottom White Hall and Toll Gate

 

Meanwhile in St. Ann, customers who are served by the Content Well are without water due to a major pipeline break affecting operation.

 

The company is presently carrying out repairs.  In the interim water will be trucked to the affected areas.

 

Areas impacted are:

Content and Content Housing Scheme      

Customers are being assured that the National Water Commission will restore their regular water supply as soon as normality returns to the Plants.

 

The National Water Commission apologises for any inconvenience caused by these disruptions in service.
