ARDS OF the state at the SOS

Children’s Village in Barrett

Town, St James, were treated

to a day of fun and

laughter by business

process outsourcing firm

NICE Global LLC during

the summer holidays.

The fun day was staged

by employees of NICE,

who ensured that the

children engaged in

outdoor activities such as

kite flying, ‘Chinese

skipping’, educational

trivia, Simon Says, musical chairs,

dancing, football, and volleyball,

alongside a bounce-a-bout and a blow-up

pool.

According to NICE Global’s human

resources manager, Antwenett Burchell,

her firm has committed to the overall

welfare of the village and will be

embarking on several projects, including

the establishment of a

job-placement

programme that will

benefit the residents.

Paul Herdsman, the

firm’s co-founder and

chief operation officer

led the team, who were

ably supported by

corporate partners

Fontana Pharmacy,

Norinco International

(JSW Brand), Antex Distributors Ltd,

Cover Me Up Tent, Tropical Bliss,

Caribbean World, Billy Craig Insurance

Brokers Limited, Stemaney Catering,

Seventh Heaven Distributors, King Alarm

Systems, and Elite Conceptz & Solutionz.
