Ingredients • 1 oz Amaretto • 1 oz Vodka • A pinch of nutmeg • 2 oz ISLAND DAIRIES EGG NOG • A pinch of cinnamon • Carmel sauce for rimming the glass Instructions Rim a cocktail glass with caramel sauce. Shake the Egg Nog, Amaretto and Vodka together in a shaker filled halfway with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with more cinnamon. CAPTAIN MORGAN’S EGG NOG Scale ingredients for one serving • 1 oz Captain Morgan@ original spiced rum • 4 oz ISLAND DAIRIES EGG NOG • I pinch nutmeg Directions Pour rum into a small highball glass and add egg nog.
