NAME OF FEATURE | THE GLEANER | SUNDAY, JUNE 6, 2021 17 JAMAICA MORTGAGE BANK 50TH ANNIVERSARY period, the bank liaised with admin- istrators on the immediate needs of the school and contributed ac- cordingly through its annual Labour Day project. In year one, the bank handed over a brand new white- board; facilitated the grilling of an area to secure the computers for the students; sponsored the making of a bench for the computer area; and painted the children’s bathroom. In 2018, the bank painted the bound- ary, exterior and interior walls of the school and donated a new school sign. In 2019, the JMB adopted a new school with the hope of continuing its two-year assistance programme. The Arnold Road Methodist Basic School was gifted two computers and a new noticeboard.
