I have reliedon themfor all my sav- ingsand loansneeds forover adecade. I amona first-namebasiswith thestaff at the credit union, who understand the seasonality of my business and the recent impacts of the pandemic. Dependability is everything, and ManchesterCo-operativeCreditUnion (1977) Ltd is one institution that I can truly depend on. Big up to the Manchester Co- operative Credit Union, a financial partner that can be trusted. DAVE GAYLE Business Owner A financial partner I can trust TESTIMONIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS over the years, and is one I can call on at any time to guide my financial decisions and helpme secure a loan that best suits my need. He is a gem. There are others I can call on, like Mrs James andMrs Newell, who con- tinue to go beyond the call of duty. I would also like to say thank you toMr Bonito, Miss Nadine, the security of- ficers, past andpresent, MrTyrell, and many others whose names I cannot remember right now. They have all been there formeonewayor another. It is a pleasure going there because I amnot treated like just a customer at the Manchester Co-operative Credit Union; I ama friend, a sister, andapart of a big, wonderful family. My loyalty has always been with the credit union and, as a result, I ensured that all my children had an account there from they were at primary school. In 2013, when I was advised by my employer to fill out and submit a change form for salary to go to a commercial bank account, I stuck with my credit union. I will always stand by the one that has helped me so much over the years. Though the institutionoffers online banking services, I find it a pleasure to visit the credit unionwhennecessary. I prefer to join a line, see the teller and establishyet another friendship, espe- cially at a timewhen socialisationhas decreasedas a result of thepandemic. It is the only financial institution in Manchester I visit so often, because that iswhere I domost ofmybusiness and‘my family’ is there. I make it my duty to be present for Credit UnionWeek celebrations in October, and when I am unable to attend the function, my gift is secured by a staff member who calls and makes arrangements for me to pick it up. These are the things that make Manchester Credit Union the financial institution of choice for me and so many others. Thank you all for the kindness and care you have shown me since I stepped through your doors in 2000. I pray that God will continue to bless the institution and keep you all safe as you do what you do best and live as by your slogan: ‘Where Service Exceeds Expectation’. You have certainly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with you for many more years to come, by God’s grace.
