62 THEY DIED 2021 G ERMAN AMBASSADOR to Jamaica, Dr Stefan Keil, has died after suffering a suspected heart attack. He reportedly fell ill Thursday afternoon and was rushed to hospital, where he passed away. Keil was 63. He took up his appointment as German ambassador to Jamaica in August and was previously consul general to Donetsk. Keil’s death came as a shock to peers, The Gleaner understands, as he was said to have been in very high spirits up toWe- dnesday. The diplomat is survived by his widow and two children.
