In a pot bring water to a boil then add salt, pumpkin and yam. After boiling, blend the yam and pumpkin, and add 4 cups of chicken stock. Return to stove on a low heat and add 2 cups of coconut milk, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, allow to simmer. Remove, garnish, and serve Salt and pepper to taste METHOD INGREDIENTS 1 2 3 4 5 6
