Stir until dissolved, then sprinkle the yeast over the water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until it becomes foamy. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add the activated yeast mixture, mixing as you go. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size. Prepare toppings: While the dough rises, prepare your toppings. In a small bowl, combine the mango purée and tomato sauce. Set aside. Chop the mangoes, onion, and green sweet pepper. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Assemble the pizza cups: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small balls. Flatten each ball into a small round to fit into a muffin tin. Press the dough into each muffin cup, creating a small well in the centre. Add sauce and toppings: Spoon some of the mango-tomato sauce into each cup. Top with fried bacon, pepperoni, chopped mango, onions, sweet pepper, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle chilli flakes over the top. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
