TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2021 12 INGREDIENTS • 3/4 cup maple syrup • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp orange zest • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves • 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper • 1 (8lb) bone-in, fully cooked, spiral-cut ham, at room temperature MAPLE GLAZED HAM DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with foil and lightly oil or coat with non-stick spray. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon, orange zest, rosemary and pepper. 3. Place ham, cut side down, in the prepared baking dish. Brush evenly with 1/4 cup maple syrup mixture. 4. Place in oven, brushing with remainingmaple syrupmixture every 30 minutes, until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 140 degrees F, about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
