Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, seasoning salt, mustard powder, and black pepper; set aside. 3. Remove giblets; rinse chicken thoroughly. Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons spice mixture inside chicken. Rub remaining spice mixture on outside of chicken. 4. Mix lemon juice and olive oil together in a small bowl; drizzle over chicken. 5.
