The scholarship is valued at $50,000 per recipient, renewable annually up for a maximum of five (5) years. Scholars must maintain an academic average of at least a ‘B’ or 80% average overall. The students, were selected by the Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA), which has direct oversight for children in State care, and will go towards their tuition, boarding, subsistence stipend and miscellaneous expenses for the full duration of their collegiate studies. The scholarship is valued towards covering the cost for tuition, up to: Masters (J$900 000), Doctorate (J$1.3M). Criteria for Candidates • A First degree with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.7 • A Roman Catholic • Education as the area of study Successful candidates must provide proof of acceptance to the course of Study and will be expected to work in Jamaica for at least two (2) years upon completion of the course of study.
