Corporate social responsibility is personal


IT IS not unusual for corporate entities to give back to their communities. What is unusual, however, is to see the head of a corporation assume responsibility for the effort and become personally and consistently involved in activities to alleviate the plight of the less fortunate. For the FosRich Group of Companies and its managing director, Cecil Foster, corporate social responsibility is personal. "For me, taking an interest in people is more than good public relations. It is also a matter of conviction," says Foster. As a Seventh-day Adventist Christian, he sees this as being integral to his life
