RECEPTIONIST NEEDED

Description:
Primary responsibility includes:-

• Effectively operating the switchboard by directing
incoming and outgoing calls in an efficient, prompt
and pleasant manner

• Ensuring all visitors are greeted and attended to
in a professional manner

• Correctly dispatching correspondences
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:-

• High school education up to CXC level

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite

• Pleasant personality with great communication
and customer service skills

• Prior experience working in the Human Resources
Department is a distinctive advantage
