Miracle Chicken Spread
INGREDIENTS
3 cups grilled chicken breast finely chopped
1 medium onion grated
1 cup cream cheese softened – 1 8oz or 1 pack
1 cup Miracle Mayonnaise
METHOD
Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and onion,
mix until creamy, add chicken and mix well. Serve
with crackers.
Serving size 24 persons
Miracle Pasta and Vegetable
Medley
INGREDIENTS
2 pack uncooked Miracle macaroni shell

cup Seprod Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 large carrot peeled julienne
1 large head broccoli
4 large onions chopped
2 small zucchini julienne

cup basil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cup Miracle Whole Kernel Corn
METHOD
Cook macaroni according to directions on package,
drain, rinse and place in a large skillet. Heat

olive oil and the garlic together, add onion and
carrot, sautée until tender or (7-10 min.). Remove
sautéed onions and carrots from pot, add the
remainder of oil and garlic, sautée broccoli, corn and
zucchini until tender or (7-10 min.), combine all
vegetables and add basil, leave to simmer for 3-5 min.
In a large bowl combine pasta, vegetables and
Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

Miracle Jack Mackerel Run Dung
INGREDIENTS
2 tin jack mackerel drained
2 cups water
6 sachets Miracle Coconut Milk
1 tps vinegar
1 tomato chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 stalk scallion chopped
1 tps Scotch bonnet Pepper
2 tbs oil
2 tbs Chiffon
1 tps salt
In a thick bottomed Dutch pot, over medium heat,
add oil, Chiffon, sautée onion, scallion, Scotch
bonnet pepper and tomato for 2 minutes. Add water
and coconut milk and stir with wooden spoon until
coconut milk dissolves, add salt and boil for 15
minutes, add vinegar and jack mackerel, turn flame
to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
TUN’ CORNMEAL WITH VEGETABLES
7 cups of water (reserve a cup)
2 sachets Miracle coconut milk, (mixed according to
package)

lb cubed pumpkin
1 packet cock soup
2 stalks of scallion, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 can Miracle Mixed Vegetables
6 okras, cut into rounds
1 lb Miracle Refined Cornmeal
METHOD
Bring water to boil in a medium-sized heavy
bottom pot. Add coconut milk, pumpkin and
seasonings. Cook for approximately three minutes.
Mix in cornmeal with the 1 cup of reserved water
and add the coconut milk liquid. Stir rapidly, in a
circular motion until cornmeal is cooked, about 10 to
15 minutes or until cornmeal is a pale yellow.
Stir in vegetables and allow to steam.
Serves 3-4 persons
SHIRLEY TEMPLE
8 teaspoons Miracle Strawberry Syrup
16 ounces chilled ginger ale/ginger beer
4 maraschino cherries with stems
4 strips lemon zest
4 wedges fresh orange
METHOD
In 6-ounce cocktail or saucer-style champagne
glasses, spoon 2 teaspoons of Miracle Strawberry
Syrup and fill to the rim with the ginger ale.
Stir, then drop one cherry and one strip of lemon
zest into each glass. Cut a small slit in the centre of
each orange wedge and place on the rim of each glass.
