HANDY HOLIDAY TIPS FROM MAGGI: TIP #2
Beware the buffet
Drink plenty of water, especially in the days prior to a large feast.
Many times dehydration can be mistaken by your brain for hunger.
Besides, water is vital to every single function in your body, so make a
point of getting at least 6-8 glasses of water every day.
