Beware the buffet
Make sure you sneak in a walk or some exercise before you sit down to
family dinner or buffet. Try to get everyone involved in exercising and set
a goal of 30 to 45 minutes of total activity. It is a great way to talk with
your family and friends, to de-stress and get some fresh air.
