A: I know there was someone from the HR Department of Petrojam, I cannot recall if she was the individual who did it. I don't know; I don't want to say definitively who but I know there was a discussion prior to us calling in the first applicant. Q: And you are certain that that discussion had somebody who was external to the panel who was providing a briefing? A: When you say external? Q: Meaning that the briefing did not just take place between the persons who would have formed the panel? A: One of the persons on the interview panel, I can't remember her title, whether it is HR Officer or whatever for Petrojam so she was a part of that panel. CHAIRMAN: Okay. So that person.
