A Best practices would normally be determined by the organisation in line with values and mission and the critical role that the person is being asked to execute. As a HR professional the best practices outside of government would stipulate that an organisation in identifying the best talent would seek to do so with the knowledge that that person identified is the right fit. Q And in terms of the best practice concerning waiving that probationary period, what would you -- how would you articulate that?
