Mr. Smith received an overall rating of 1.24 out of 5 with 1 being the lowest. No recommendation was noted by Mr. Lamey. 3. Based upon the record of interview completed by Mr. Jonathan Blackwood, Mr. Clayton Smith had no relevant electrical experience but was willing to learn. He further indicated that Mr. Smith is not electrically or instrumentally inclined and did not recommend him for employment.
