Summary of Key Findings The Recruitment of Certain Individuals to Petrojam Limited for the period November 2016 to December 2018 The Recruitment of Mrs. Yolande Ramharrack 1. The persons who comprised the panel which interviewed Mrs. Ramharrack for the position of Human Resource Development and Administration Manager at Petrojam Limited were: Mr. Floyd Grindley, former General Manager, Petrojam Limited, Mr. Richard Creary, Director, Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica and former Director, Petrojam Limited and Dr. Lowell Dilworth, Chemical Pathologist and Lecturer at the University of the West Indies. 2. Clause 10.2 of Petrojam Limited’s Recruitment Policy provides that the panel of persons selected to conduct interviews for prospective employees at the entity should include a representative of the Human Resource Department, the relevant manager or his designate and a senior employee in the specific discipline. 3. Mrs. Roselee Scott-Heron advised the DI that, during her tenure as Human Resource Development and Administration Manager, Board Directors of Petrojam Limited were not utilised in the conduct of interviews for prospective employees at the entity, with the exception of the position of General Manager. 4.
