Thereafter, the Public Relations Officer would carry out the necessary due diligence and provide a recommendation to my office for endorsement and subsequent final approval of the Board. … Telroy Morgan made a request to the company to support this donation, as he is an active member on the school board … and wanted to support well needed infrastructure upgrades at the school.
